This Privacy Statement sets out an overview of how all personal data that Axxsys collects from you as a data subject or that you provide to us via website, will be processed by us. Who We Are
Axxsys Consulting are a specialised Management and Technology consultancy, providing consultancy to the global investment management community, and providing Advisory Services and Strategic Planning right through to Major Change Programmes.

In instances where we are acting as a data processor, we will process the information on behalf of and in accordance with the client’s direction. Personal information includes your name and contact details and if necessary, sensitive personal data.

• To manage all business commitments and contracts (past, present and future);
• To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and Axxsys, or any contracts Axxsys enters into with third parties in relation to providing you with any services;
• To send information such as engagement proposals, market relevant information, and networking / event invitations;
• To enable you to submit your CV or apply for jobs within Axxsys;

If you did wish to access your data, you shall have the right to view or receive a copy of the information in a commonly used format such as a pdf document or an e-mail. Any information which is processed by automated means and is purely required for the performance of a contract, may be transmitted to another data controller if you request it.
You may also have the right to ask for the processing of your personal data to be restricted or even erased. Whether or not you exercise the right to erasure, Axxsys will erase your personal data in certain situations and particularly when the data is no longer required.

At any time, you may have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where processing is conducted for legitimate business reasons/matters in the public interest/direct marketing/profiling.  If you exercise this right, then unless we have compelling reasons not to, we shall cease to process your data wherever data protection laws allow.
